After our client was bit by a very large Mastiff near her chin at a house party in Warrensburg, Missouri, she hired Foster Wallace, LLC to represent her against the dog's owner for the dog bite.  After the insurance company made a very low offer to settle the claims, we filed a lawsuit against the dog owner in Johnson County, Missouri. After discovery closed, the parties settled the case at mediation for $60,000 or almost twice as much as the initial offer. Needless to say, our client was ecstatic with the result.
