A toddler was thrown from a tractor he was on has settled his case against the operator of the tractor. The unfortunate incident took place in Douglas County, Missouri and involved the 
young inor child being knocked of the tractor and suffering a fracture to his arm. Our minor client was fully recovered and a Missouri Greene County Judge just approved a settlement of $150,000 for the occurence. Given our client's age, the money has been structured so that it will grow with interest over the next 18 plus years at which time our client will receive the money when he's an adult. Our client's family was happy with the result for their son.
