EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, MO - A man was killed in a collision involving three vehicles on US-69 on Monday morning, KSHB reports.
Troopers with The Missouri State Highway Patrol say 30-year-old Richard A. Dobbins ran through the red light at Jesse James Road and slammed into a 2012 Nissan. His vehicle then collided with another car nearby.
Dobbins was ejected from his vehicle and died at the scene. Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt when the crash happened.
It is unclear if anyone else was injured in the wreck. Should more information come to light, this blog will be updated.
