CLAY CO., MO - An Independence man was killed and two others were taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash near Mosby on Monday morning.
According to a report by KAAN, The collision occurred when the driver of a 2017 Jeep failed to yield to another 1997 Chevrolet at the intersection of US-69 and Rhodus Road. The impact caused both vehicles to verr of the right side of the roadway.
The driver of the Jeep, a 39-year-old man, was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Both occupants in the Chevrolet were also hospitalized with minor injuries.
