KANSAS CITY, MO - A motorcycle rider was injured on Wednesday morning following a collision with a school bus on Highway 350, KCTV5 reports. 

 

The collision occurred just before 6:30 a.m. near 63rd. Street. The cause of the accident is unclear at this time but the collision resulted in the bus turning sideways and crashing into the median. The motorcycle became wedged underneath the bus. 

 

At the time of the crash the bus only had two occupants, both of whom were uninjured. The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital with injuries that are not expected to be life threatening.
