KANSAS CITY, MO - A man from Kansas City was hospitalized following a multi-vehicle crash on I-35 in north Clay County this morning.
According to the MSHP, the crash occurred at about 6:35 a.m. when a northbound vehicle began to fishtail on the freeway. The vehicle then crossed into another lane, where it collided with another vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle that was hit, a 45-year-old Kansas City man, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver of the causing vehicle was unhurt.
Police say both drivers were wearing their seatbelts when the incident occurred.
