KANSAS CITY, MO - Major traffic delays were reported after a crash on I-70 in the Riss Lake area early Wednesday afternoon.
According to a report by Missouri DoT, the crash happened at about 12:45 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the freeway near the exit to Blue Ridge Boulevard.

The cause of the accident is not mentioned in the report. However, photos from the scene show several vehicles blocking at least three lanes of traffic.
