JACKSON CO., MO - A man from Osceola was sent to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash near Lone Jack on Wednesday morning. 

According to a report by the MSHP, the crash occurred at about 9:30 a.m. when the driver of a 2004 Saturn pulled onto US-50 from Route F and into the path of a 2011 Jeep. The Jeep then slammed into the driver's side of the Saturn.

The driver of the Saturn, a 60-year-old man, was sent to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.

The Jeep's driver, a 75-year-old woman, was unhurt.
