JOHNSON CO., MO - A teen driver was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash near Knob Noster State Park last night.

According to a report by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 18-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle along US-50 just west of Montserrat at about 9:37 p.m. The vehicle skidded off the roadway and crashed into a tree.

The teen was taken via ambulance to Research Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
