Foster Wallace recently settled a car wreck case that occurred on Interstate 470 in Lee's Summit, Missouri for $65,000.00 with not only the insurance company for the individual that caused the wreck (her policy limits of $50,000) but received an additional $15,000 for our client's underinsured motorist coverage benefits. Our client paid a little extra every month for UIM benefits and had she not paid for those benefits, she would not have received the extra $15,000 for her shoulder injury she sustained in the 2019 Jackson County car wreck.  Our client was very happy with the result.
