As a former partner at one of the biggest law firms in the country, Michael has successfully represented some of the most noteworthy national clients in their toughest legal battles and recently won the largest jury verdict in United States history for a prisoner secondhand smoking case that led to a statewide ban on prisoner smoking. As a former AmLaw 100 law firm shareholder, Brian Wallace co-founded Foster Wallace to apply his Big Law experience toward helping people who have been wronged. Brian has lived in the Kansas City metro area for over 30 years and, along with his wife, is raising three school-aged boys. As a former Division 1 soccer player, Brian enjoys the meditative and social aspects of endurance sports; he has completed several marathons, triathlons, ultramarathons, and half Ironman events. In law and athletics, Brian is hardworking and competitive, always digging deep for the best result.

Passionately fighting for her clients’ rights, Kimberly helped to ensure that each one of her clients attained the excellent results they deserved. Due to her tenacious advocacy, Kimberly has received life-changing financial awards for her clients. With experience in both mass tort litigation and personal injury law, Alessandra understands how to hold corporations accountable for the harm they cause.
