Inspired by the success of our 12 Days of Giving campaign, the team at Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers is expanding our mission of giving from 12 days to 12 months!

Beginning in January 2026, our firm will select one impactful local nonprofit organization each month to receive a $3,000 donation to highlight the meaningful work they do in our community. Organizations will be chosen from public nominations submitted through our website. Through this initiative, we’re committed to supporting and sharing the stories of local nonprofits all year long.

Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers is a proud sponsor of Toca FC, a local soccer club dedicated to developing young athletes and fostering connections within the Kansas City community. This partnership reflects our commitment to investing in the growth and well-being of our community by supporting programs that promote healthy activity, teamwork, leadership, and personal development among youth. We are honored to collaborate with Toca FC and contribute to positive change in the lives of young athletes.

Giving back to the community is at the heart of everything we do at Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers. During the 2025 holiday season, our team launched the 12 Days of Giving campaign, donating $1,000 each day for 12 days to local organizations making a positive impact in our community. The organizations were selected from nominations submitted by the public, with nominations closing on November 23, 2025. Our team at Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers was honored to sponsor hole #9 at the Kids’ Chance of Missouri Annual Golf Tournament in August 2025. The event raised funds to provide scholarships for children of workers who have been seriously injured or killed on the job. As personal injury attorneys, we see the impact of these tragedies every day, making this cause especially meaningful to our firm. The festival celebrated and honored the educators who make a meaningful impact in our community. We were honored to show our appreciation by not only attending but also gifting local educators with plants and hosting a giveaway for a YETI cooler.
