About the 12 Days of Giving
At Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. This holiday season, we’re launching our 12 Days of Giving campaign — donating $1,000 each day for 12 days to organizations that make a difference right here in our community.
We’re inviting you to help us choose! Nominate a local nonprofit, organization, or cause that could use a little extra love this season. Nominations will close on November 23 at 11:59 PM, and we’ll begin announcing one winner per day starting December 1. Together, let’s make this holiday season brighter.

Who Can Be Nominated
We invite you to nominate a local cause that deserves extra support this season. To keep the
focus on community impact:
- Nominations must support a verified local nonprofit, community group, school,
neighborhood, or other professional organization serving people within the Kansas City
metro area. - The cause should have a clear local connection—based in or actively serving our
Kansas City neighbors.
Who Can Cast a Nomination
Any Missouri & Kansas resident aged 18 and older may nominate a cause. One vote per email address.
How will the winners be selected?
Nominated causes will be vetted and entered into a random drawing. For every nomination,
causes will receive one entry. Foster Wallace will randomly select 12 entries, though each cause
may only be selected once.
How will winners be notified?
Selected organizations will be contacted before being publicly announced. The public
announcement will begin on December 1, 2025! Be sure to follow along on social media to see
if your cause has been selected.
Any other rules or exclusions?
No purchase is necessary to nominate or benefit.
We cannot accept nominations for individuals, political campaigns, or organizations outside the
KC metro area.
By submitting a nomination, you agree that we may feature the selected organization and your
name on our website and social media. We may share your name and information with your
nominated cause if they are selected for a donation.
We will not share your information with any other third party.
