Client settled Uninsured Motorist Claim for $55,000

One of Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers’ clients recently settled her case for $55,000 after a lawsuit had to be filed against her insurance company. In this case, an unidentified driver fled the scene after striking our client on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. The insurance company offered her $14,000 before we filed the lawsuit in Jackson County, Missouri. Because of such a low offer, the client made the decision to file suit. After depositions were taken, the insurance company realized our client made such a great witness and the case was settled for $55,000.00. Our client is ecstatic about the result.
