Foster Wallace Settles Uninsured Motorist Claims of Husband and Wife Clients for $227,500

Foster Wallace, LLC reached a $227,500 settlement on an uninsured motorist claim on behalf of their husband and wife clients following a motor vehicle accident in Benton County, Missouri caused by an alleged drunk driver.  After our clients’ own insurance company failed to present a fair offer to our clients under their uninsured motorist policy coverage, Foster Wallace filed a lawsuit against the insurance company.  After discovery and depositions were taken, the case settled for nearly two times the final amount that was offered by the insurance company before our lawsuit was filed.
