Kansas City Favorites is an annual, community-voted awards program recognizing outstanding local businesses across a variety of industries. Because the winners are chosen by members of the Kansas City community, this recognition is especially meaningful to our team, and we’re grateful to everyone who took the time to vote for us.
This marks the second consecutive year Foster Wallace has been recognized. In 2025, the firm received Gold for Favorite Trial Law, Silver for Favorite Law Firm, and Bronze for Favorite Accident Law.

Every case is handled with thoughtful preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to pursuing the best possible outcome for our clients.
One recent example involved a client who was offered just $5,000 by an insurance company after a serious car accident. Rather than accepting an offer that did not reflect the full impact of the client’s injuries, our attorneys presented the case at trial in Johnson County, where a jury returned a $665,000 verdict.
While every case is unique and past results do not guarantee future outcomes, this result reflects our commitment to thoroughly preparing every case and being ready to take it to trial when it is in our clients’ best interests.

Throughout the year, Foster Wallace is proud to support local nonprofits, schools, youth organizations, and community initiatives that help strengthen our city. Through our 12 Months of Giving program, we donate $3,000 each month to a Kansas City nonprofit nominated by members of the community, helping local organizations continue making a meaningful impact.
