A mother and three of her children recently settled their case for the policy limits of $100,000 after they were injured in a wreck near Emmanuel Cleaver and Rockhill Road in Kansas City, Missouri. All four clients had soft-tissue injuries and were treated with a chiropractor for the most part. Given that the driver was under the influence at the time, the insurance company and their own insurance company through the Underinsured Motorist benefits they purchased, tendered the policy limits. Our client was very pleased with the result.
