A Kansas City area resident was injured near downtown after another driver failed to yield at a stop sign and hit our client in their truck while our client was in the middle of the  intersection driving her car. Our client later that day went to the University of Kansas Hospital and was treated for her injuries for nearly a year. The case was settled before a lawsuit was filed for $120,000. Our client was thrilled with the result as she will use the money to assist her in purchasing a new house and vehicle.
