BENTON COUNTY, MO - Three people were injured in a rollover crash in Benton County on Monday, the MSHP reports. 

 

The accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. on US -65. A 45-year-old woman driving a 2006 Nissan failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a 2016 Frightliner driven by a 60-year-old man. 

 

The Nissan then left the road and flipped over. The driver and a 24-year-old female passenger both suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to a hospital. Another passenger, a 34-year-old man, sustained moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. 

 

The driver of the Frightliner was not injured.
